3030 Condos Aventura is a seven story building set in one of the most
desirable neighborhoods in the Miami area. Aventura has its own mall, a
new community and recreation center and an excellent elementary school.
3030 condos all come with large rooms, floor to ceiling windows and
private terraces, which allow residents to enjoy the wonderful views of
Miami from the comfort of their own home. The kitchens are fitted with
European style cabinets and granite counters, while the bathroom also
features European style in its vanities, set off by granite counters and
a floor and shower walls of marble. There are huge walk in closets in
the bedrooms, and the layouts that are available in the building include
up to four bedrooms. One important feature of these residences that set
them apart from most others is the use of electronic touchpads in the
condos. These act as a direct intercom and can be used to request
services.
The building is protected by a state of the art security system, and it
also provides its residents with concierge and valet services. Outside,
the large sundeck and swimming pool provide a space for the residents to
sit out and enjoy the Miami sunshine.
Alternatives to 3030 condos are the larger developments including One
Bal Harbor condos and St Regis condos. These high rise buildings offer
their residents a huge range of amenities and some elegant and luxurious
living spaces. Both are located at Bal Harbor. Condos at One Bal Harbor
have between two and four bedrooms, and are set in a building where
they are surrounded by original artwork and beautifully landscaped
gardens. The St Regis has a range of condos with between one and three
bedrooms, and offers its residents the same services as are available at
the associated St Regis hotel, including room service. They lack the
community atmosphere of 3030 Aventura, however, since they are so much
larger and have so many more residents.
Anyone who is searching for Sunny Isles Beach Condos, Bal Harbor condos
or Aventura condos will find that 3030 Aventura is one of the most
intimate developments in the area. It looks almost like a large, single
occupancy building, making it a welcoming place to come home to.
