The Oceania development is located in the southern part of Sunny Isles
beach. It consists of five separate towers. Oceania One or I is one of
the three beachfront towers. Residents of the Oceania towers will gain

private resort-like community. Each condo has been fitted out with every

world class resort. Various condo layouts are available in the towers,
with between one and four bedrooms. Residents will find that their new
home offers unparalleled views of the surrounding area, with huge
windows overlooking the Atlantic oceans and the Intracoastal waterways.
Sunny Isles Beach condos are located in one of the most desirable
locations in the Miami area, with a great selection of shops,
restaurants and other services to be found nearby, and easy access to
the beach. There are a wide range of Aventura condos and condo buildings
to choose from. The Oceania towers offer some of the best facilities
and views in the area, but an alternative to these are the Turnberry
Ocean Colony North and Turnberry Ocean Colony South towers, which are
located nearby. They offer a comparable range of facilities including a
private beach club that offers residents the chance to enjoy the Miami
sunshine on the beautiful beach in complete peace.
