Sole on the Ocean or Sole Miami is a beachfront hotel and condo development that offers its residents all of the privacy of being in their own home while providing them with all of the luxury and services of a stay in a top hotel.

The building has all of the amenities that would be expected from a boutique hotel, including a concierge service, 24 hour security and valet services, beach snack bar and cabanas, restaurant, business center, spa and swimming pool. Residents can choose to use the housekeeping service in their condos, and they can also order from the room service menu. Residents also have direct access to the beach, where they can relax in the sun, or take a break inside one of the private beachfront cabanas.

There are a number of Sole on the Ocean Condo layouts to choose from, with either one or two bedrooms. All of the condos are fitted out with high quality appliances and materials, including granite kitchen worktops are marble floors and are pre-wired for cable TV and high speed Internet access. The condos have been designed with the same care and attention to detail as the hotel rooms, in order to provide residents with the same comfort and luxury as the guests. Every condo also has its own private terrace from which residents can look out over the surrounding area and enjoy the fresh sea air and sunshine.

Sole on the Ocean is just one of the developments in which Sunny Isles Beach condos can be bought or rented. This is a highly desirable part of the Miami area, with an excellent selection of services including stores, restaurants, parks and schools. All Aventura condos are well places to take advantage of all of these amenities and to enjoy the stunning local beaches. The exciting night life of South Beach and the center of Miami are also within easy each.

Another option in the area is the Ocean Colony development, where residents of both the Turnberry Ocean Colony North and Turnberry Ocean Colony South towers have access to their own private spa and club. Both of the Ocean Colony towers are set within beautiful landscaped grounds and have unobscured views out over the Atlantic Ocean.
